ROTGEAR Reduction Gearbox for ROT01 Car Rotisserie

The ROT01 2T car rotisserie is built for serious restoration work, panel repairs, fabrication, and full vehicle rebuilds. It gives you easy access to the underside, sills, floor pans, chassis rails, engine bay, rear quarters, and other hard-to-reach areas without crawling around on the floor.

The ROT01 includes two end sections and a centre connection section. Because of this three-piece design, you can extend the rotisserie to suit different vehicle lengths. You can also store the sections separately when the rotisserie is not in use.

Adjustable Design for Different Vehicles

The ROT01 gives you multiple adjustment points, making it easier to line up the rotisserie with your vehicle and get the balance right before rotating.

Key features include:

• Extendable sub-frame to suit vehicles of different lengths
• Adjustable-width box section mounts to help align with bumper mounts or sub-frame points
• Screw-operated lift with locking pins to help centre the vehicle weight on the rotation axis
• Manual rotating shaft with 12 locking positions, so you can work at the angle you need
• Optional gear drive upgrade for easier, more controlled rotation
• 2 tonne capacity, equal to 4500lb or 2041kg

Easier Workshop Movement

The ROT01 comes with large locking castor wheels, so you can move the vehicle between storage and work positions when needed. Once in place, the stabiliser legs help lock the machine into a stable working position.

Optional Gear Drive Available

We also sell the Gear Drive as an optional extra. This upgrade makes rotation easier and gives you more control, especially when working with heavier shells or larger projects.

Pickup and Freight Information

Some accessories are available for collection from our Willow Vale location. However, stock is held across both Willow Vale and our Hendra 3PL warehouse, depending on the item.
