45P/Pi 300mm or 600mm Extension Kit

HAPP45Pi 600mm extensions on backorder – due end Sept 2026

The HAPP 45P / 45Pi 300mm & 600mm Extension Kits are designed to increase the column height of compatible HAPP 45P and 45Pi two post hoists by an additional 300mm or 600mm respectively.  They are sold per model and size, in sets of 2.  Each kit is $700.

This extension kit is ideal for workshops and customers who need extra clearance when lifting taller vehicles, including vans, 4WDs, commercial vehicles, and cars fitted with roof racks. It allows you to maintain the maximum lift height of your hoist while improving access and clearance for larger vehicles.

The kit includes:

  • Longer carriage synchronisation cables
  • Limit switch cable extension
  • Column height extensions
  • Mounting plates and bolts to connect the extensions to the columns
  • Hydraulic line extensions

This extension kit does not impact your WH&S registration.

Some accessories and parts may be available for collection from our Willow Vale location. Please contact us to confirm the correct pickup location, or we can arrange freight if preferred.

The multi coloured pictures on our lift specs are snippets from the engineers report that PROVES that we are doing this. We  have a Qualified Mechanical engineer working for us in China and other engineering inspection companies engaged that inspect our products and partner companies’ quality processes. Inspections typically take place early in production including internal components which are reworked if not up to standard. Critical components are focused on to ensure key products are made correctly.

Our clear floor hoists have stainless steel hydraulic lines and our four post hoists have 12+mm solid steel cables tested in Australian NATA registered laboratories. Our synchronisation cables are solid steel and safety latches are billet steel.
