TCQMC Tyre Changer Quad Motorcycle Adaptor

An optional accessory for Happ tyre machines.

The TCQMC has been developed with assistance from quad racers which have very small wheels that increase the load on the adaptor due to the leverage created from small wheels.

The kit consists of 4 adaptors that fit over the standard jaws clamped into position by the threaded rod.

The frame has been upgraded to use steel plate fully seam welded and the connecting mechanism changed to 8mm steel rod welded in place and 8mm threaded adjuster which will withstand the load generated.

Standard motorcycle adapters were found to be too fail this test, twisting and breaking.

Some motorcycle items and accessories are available for collection from our Willow Vale location. Please check with us to confirm which pickup area you’ll need to visit — or we can arrange freight if preferred.

Important: EVERY HAPP car lift design is tested in Queensland by Australian Professional engineers against Australian Standards using state of the art technology!!!! The multi coloured pictures on our lift specs are snippets from the engineers report that PROVES that we are doing this.
