Return-Exchange Policy
Condition for return
The item and its packaging must be in its original condition to be returned or exchanged.
If an item or packaging is damaged please consult with HAPP to determine the most appropiate way to manage your situation.
Time to exchange – return
Unopened items may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of the order being delivered to the customer.
Processing transaction fees
Refunds on orders placed via Credit Card or PayPal will incur a transaction fee of 2.5%.
In addition, any non-exchanged items will incur a restocking fee equal to 10% of the returned items value.
Freight costs
Return
The customer is solely responsible for any freight costs incurred when exchanging or returning items to our warehouse.
Delivery
Freight costs on delivery of the item is not covered in returns or refunds.
