2 Post Hoists, which is right for me?

So, you’re not sure where to start on choosing the right 2 post hoist. Let’s start here:

How much am I lifting? 3, 4 or 4.5 Tonne?
Do I want clear floor or floor plate? Aka will I be lifting vans and require no cross beam at the top
Shed roof height?
Width limitations?
Do I want single or dual point release?
Will I be welding or near water exposure?
Occasional or frequent use?
How tall am I?
Concrete curing, how long ago was it poured?
Concrete depth?
