Just received and installed my HAPP11. Minor issues related to setup, but they were easily fixed with phone help from Gavan. Hoist is very well made, easy to use, and makes it SO much easier to work on my car safely. Maree and Jodie in the office were also a pleasure to deal with, making the whole process simple.
