Motor, control block and tank that suits all Happ 2 post and 4 post hoists.

Standard HAPP pump assemblies come with unique 4amp fusible links for limit switch and cut off switch connection and industrial 15Amp plug. The motors are the highest quality aluminium housed units supplied on HAPP hoists.

The  control block has:

  • a manual lowering lever
  • 2 pressure outlet ports
  • adjustable lowering rate
  • adjustable pressure overload

The standard tanks are steel 10L that will not deteriorate like plastic tanks, plastic tanks are available separately if required.

The Happ80P uses a version of control box without green button and has electronic solenoid for down control and no plug as the motor is controlled by the operator control box.

The multi coloured pictures on our lift specs are snippets from the engineers report that PROVES that we are doing this.
