This kit provides a documentation set that is derived from the relevant Australian Standards including but not limited to:

  • AS/NZS 2550.1-2-11
  • AS/NZS 2550.9
  • AS/NZS 1418.9
  • WH&S Plant Code of Practice

The information is compiled into a set of documentation that includes but is not limited to:

  • Regular operational checks log book
  • Repairs / Maintenance / Preventative Maintenance Log Book
  • Inspection / Test Log Book
  • Approvals certificate
  • Stickers

Having this kit does not alleviate your requirments to compliance, it provides a framework to help you implement a proper compliance approach. Customers are recommended to consult the WH&S and Plant code of practice documentation for your state.

The multi coloured pictures on our lift specs are snippets from the engineers report that PROVES that we are doing this. Inspections typically take place early in production including internal components which are reworked if not up to standard. Critical components are focused on to ensure key products are made correctly.

Our clear floor hoists have stainless steel hydraulic lines and our four post hoists have 12+mm solid steel cables tested in Australian NATA registered laboratories. Our synchronisation cables are solid steel and safety latches are billet steel.
