The ROT01 2T Car Rotisserie is built for serious car restoration work!

Whether you’re stripping, welding, painting or repairing underneath a vehicle, this rotisserie gives you easier access to the body from every angle. No more crawling around on the shed floor like you’re negotiating with a stubborn gearbox.

The unit comes in two end sections with a centre connection section. You can store each section separately when not in use, and extend the overall length to suit different vehicle sizes.

The ROT01 gives you several adjustment points, so you can set it up to suit your project vehicle.

Features include:

• An extendable sub-frame to suit vehicles of different lengths
• Adjustable-width box section mounts to help you line up with bumper mounts and subframe mounting points
• Screw-operated lift with locking pins, so you can centre the vehicle’s weight on the rotation axis for easier turning
• Rotating shaft with 12 locking positions, operated manually or with the optional Gear Drive, so you can position the vehicle at the best working angle
• 2 tonne / 4,500 lb / 2,041 kg load rating
• Large locking castor wheels make it easier to move the vehicle between storage and work positions. Stabiliser legs lock the machine into a stable working position when in use.
• The Gear Drive is now available as an optional extra.

You can collect some items and accessories from our Willow Vale location. Please check with us first so we can confirm which pickup area you’ll need to visit. We can also arrange freight if preferred.

The HAPP ROTO1 is a high capacity stable car rotisserie with all the features required to work on your project car. “We built a car rotisserie years ago for our ford sierra project car and know that you cannot build one with this level of functionality for less” – Gavan.

The package has two box sections at each end to adapt to your vehicle which typically varies from bumper mounts to sub frame and custom frames on other sections. The pictures in this section show some of the options.

The rotisserie comes with large locking castor wheels, enabling you to move the car to storage and work positions as well as stabiliser legs that lock the machine in a stable work location. We also now sell the Gear Drive for $250 as an extra.

The ROTGEAR attaches directly to the ROT01 Car Rotisserie and makes vehicle rotation easier and more controlled. The built-in reduction gearbox lowers the effort required to turn the vehicle by hand, giving you smoother operation when working on restorations, repairs, or bodywork.
