The TC20 tilt post tyre changer is typically used by businesses, the air operated tilt back head and air locking of hexagonal bar make tyre changing quicker and easier.The optional right assist arm (RAA) provides extra help for hard walled tyres (4WD , run flat tyres ..) and low profile tyres.

This car and 4WD tyre changer is often used by businesses, the air operated tilt back head and air locking of hexagonal bar make tyre changing quicker and easier.

Add the optional right assist arm (shown in pic) for hard walled tyres such as run flat tyres and low profile tyres

The optional side assist arm provides extra help for hard walled tyres such as 4WD and run flat tyres and helps with low profile tyres that can be hard to manage.  The RAA is a popular option for workshops processing large volumes of tyres efficiently.

Air jets in the jaws make seating of tyres onto rims more seamless.

TC30 Tilt Post Tyre Changer with air jets and larger turntable

TC30 Tilt Post Tyre Changer with air jets and larger turntable is the same as the TC20A but has a larger turntable which assists with larger wheels.

The features are detailed below.

The TC30 is typically purchased with the Right Assist Arm (RAA) option. This provides assistance that is mainly evident in run flat tyres, low profile tyres, 4WD wheels and other wheels with hard / stiff side walls.

This is an optional accessory in addition to our TC20 or TC30’s models – for low profile, difficult tyres.

One arm of the right assist arm holds the tyre whilst the other arm rotates with the wheel.

Other arm can lift tyres to assist in removing tyres.

Giving operators more control over tyre assembly and removal, it’s  like having an extra set of hands.

Typically used when processing hard walled tyres such as run flats and 4WD tyres. Also used to assist with  low profile tyres.

 

Important: EVERY HAPP car lift design is tested in Queensland by Australian Professional engineers against Australian Standards using state of the art technology!!!! The multi coloured pictures on our lift specs are snippets from the engineers report that PROVES that we are doing this.
