The TC20 tilt post tyre changer is typically used by businesses, the air operated tilt back head and air locking of hexagonal bar make tyre changing quicker and easier. The optional right assist arm (RAA) provides extra help for hard walled tyres (4WD , run flat tyres ..) and low profile tyres.

Adaptor for TC

Tyre Changer Quad Motorcycle Adaptor (TCQMC)

The TCQMC has been developed with assistance from quad racers which have very small wheels that increase the load on the adaptor due to the leverage created from small wheels.

The kit consists of 4 adaptors that fit over the standard jaws clamped into position by the threaded rod.

The frame has been upgraded to use steel plate fully seam welded and the connecting mechanism changed to 8mm steel rod welded in place and 8mm threaded adjuster which will withstand the load generated.

Standard motorcycle adapters were found to be too fail this test, twisting and breaking.

The TC20 tilt post tyre changer features are:

  5. Standard aluminium alloy 80mm small tank, increase clamp power to 106Kg
  6. Aluminium alloy assembling head with plastic rim protectors
  7. Foot pedal operated tyre inflator with gauge mounted on post.
  8. Aluminium alloy gear box
  9. Pointer inflator, High pressure explosion proof air-oil separator
  10. Aluminium five way valve, aluminium air distributor
  11. Tyre changer reinforced post design, stability is 1.5 times non reinforced designs
  12. Optional Right assist arm available for low profile, difficult tyres

If you want air jets in the jaws that make seating of tyres onto rims more seamless check out  the TC20A and if you the air jets and a larger turntable check out the TC30.
