TC30 Tilt Post Tyre Changer with air jets and larger turntable is the same as the TC20A but has a larger turntable which assists with larger wheels.

The features are detailed below.

The TC30 is typically purchased with the Right Assist Arm (RAA) option. This provides assistance that is mainly evident in run flat tyres, low profile tyres, 4WD wheels and other wheels with hard / stiff side walls.

TCQMC Tyre Changer Quad Motorcycle Adaptor

The TCQMC has been developed with assistance from quad racers which have very small wheels that increase the load on the adaptor due to the leverage created from small wheels.

The kit consists of 4 adaptors that fit over the standard jaws clamped into position by the threaded rod.

The frame has been upgraded to use steel plate fully seam welded and the connecting mechanism changed to 8mm steel rod welded in place and 8mm threaded adjuster which will withstand the load generated.

Standard motorcycle adapters were found to be too fail this test, twisting and breaking.

TC30 tyre changer general details:

  • Larger turntable than the TC20 and TC20A
    • Better suited to larger wheels, including 4WD wheels
    • Minimum rim size is 1 inch larger than on the other models
  • Removable front pedal console / box
    • Side panel can be removed for minor adjustments
    • Tilt speed of the post can be adjusted via the external valve block
    • Entire pedal box can be removed for servicing, – secured by four Allen bolts and one locating bolt
  • Flexible air-jet control
    • Activated by foot pedal
    • Pedal can be mounted on the side of the machine or positioned separately
  • Convenient tyre inflation system
    • Pressure gauge mounted on the post
    • Air hose controlled by a foot pedal
