The HAPP 90 is like nothing else on the market. You are in control of what distance you have between your columns.  A great idea for those that don’t have a ‘normal’ sized car, or if you have height restrictions with your ceiling. Columns can be removed and stored when not in use.

The HAPP90 has no floor plate and no overhead beam, it is controlled hydraulically with 5m hoses from the pump to each column.  The hose can be disconnected when not in use and if you use drop in anchors you can easily move the columns to storage if desired.

The HAPP 90 now ships with the latest HAPP generation 2 arms and carriage designs . This allows you achieve the best possible arm configuration. The HAPP90 has four 3piece arms that have a wide range of movement from 580-1140mm. They can go shorter than most arms and longer that our previous longest arm giving you the ultimate in flexibility which combined with the ability to locate columns at any position enables you to set up your hoist exactly where you want it to be.

The large base plate is exactly that… A big base plate for HAPP hoists. 2 will be sent each time.

If you are concerned about the ability of your concrete to support a Happ hoist this accessory may be the answer. The plate measures a whopping 700 x 700mm extending the contact area of the hoist by almost 4 times spreading the load over this large area.

The HAPP90 columns are 2m high with a 1.5m lift (more with 2″ and 4″ spacers), if you want a higher lift version the happ95 has 2.5m high columns and 1.75m lift.

You are in control of what distance you have between your columns.  A great idea for those that don’t have a ‘normal’ sized car, or if you have height restrictions with your ceiling.

Note: HAPP hoists come standard with steel oil containers, Plastic containers can be provided if so desired.

All HAPP hoists have ratchet safety latches in the columns, users only work with vehicles when the mechanical safety latches are engaged allowing safe work at any lift height. HAPP 90 lifting is controlled via a special flow control valve block.
