The HAPP 90 is like nothing else on the market. You are in control of what distance you have between your columns.  A great idea for those that don’t have a ‘normal’ sized car, or if you have height restrictions with your ceiling. Columns can be removed and stored when not in use.

The HAPP90 has no floor plate and no overhead beam, it is controlled hydraulically with 5m hoses from the pump to each column.  The hose can be disconnected when not in use and if you use drop in anchors you can easily move the columns to storage if desired.

The HAPP 90 now ships with the latest HAPP generation 2 arms and carriage designs . This allows you achieve the best possible arm configuration. The HAPP90 has four 3piece arms that have a wide range of movement from 580-1140mm. They can go shorter than most arms and longer that our previous longest arm giving you the ultimate in flexibility which combined with the ability to locate columns at any position enables you to set up your hoist exactly where you want it to be.

The Large Base Plate is exactly what the name suggests—a seriously big base plate designed specifically for HAPP hoists. Each kit includes two base plates.

If you're concerned about whether your concrete slab can adequately support a hoist, this accessory could be the solution. Measuring an impressive 800mm x 800mm x 16mm, each plate increases the hoist's footprint by almost four times. As a result, the load spreads across a much larger area, helping to reduce stress on the concrete.

THIS HOIST IS GST INCLUSIVE AND HAS A FIVE YEAR STRUCTURAL WARRANTY

The HAPP90 3 Tonne has 2 m high columns and a standard 1.5m lift height. You can increase the lift height with 50mm and 125mm adaptors. For a higher lift version, choose the HAPP95, which has 2.4 m columns and a 1.75 m lift height.

Flexible column width; you choose the distance between the columns. This is ideal for vehicles that are not a standard size. It also helps when your workshop has ceiling height restrictions.

  • Automatic safety latch locking every 125mm in lift, checked by Australian professional engineers.
  • No extension of cylinders beyond the top of column as lift raises. The column height is the maximum height ever taken with the lift.
  • Carriage and arm designs checked by Australian professional registered engineers.

Note: HAPP hoists come standard with steel oil containers, Plastic containers can be provided if so desired.

All HAPP hoists have ratchet safety latches in the columns, users only work with vehicles when the mechanical safety latches are engaged allowing safe work at any lift height. HAPP 90 lifting is controlled via a special flow control valve block.
