Hoist HAPP45P 4.5T 2 Post Direct drive Electric – Hydraulic Lift

The HAPP45P is a heavy-duty 2 post electric-hydraulic lift with a 4.5 tonne lifting capacity. It is designed for busy commercial workshops, serious home garages, project car builders and race car users.

With a 3.729 mm height to the safety bar, this lift provides excellent working clearance. The height can also be increased with optional 300 mm or 600 mm extensions, making it suitable for taller vehicles and workshop spaces with extra roof height.

Designed to Protect the Hydraulic Rams

The hydraulic ram rod pushes from the top of the carriage, with the cylinder casing positioned at the bottom. This design helps reduce the chance of weld splatter damaging the exposed cylinder rods when welding underneath vehicles. If welding under vehicles is not a priority, and you mainly want extra protection against moisture ingress, consider the HAPP45Pi instead.

Strong Generation 2 Arm Design

The HAPP45P uses the latest Generation 2 arm design. The arms and carriage are built with higher-grade steel for increased strength and load rating.

This makes the lift a strong choice for workshops and frequent users who need to lift a wide range of vehicles, including:

  • Passenger cars
  • Project cars
  • Race cars
  • 4WDs
  • Vehicles with uneven weight distribution

Flexible Vehicle Loading

Small and light vehicles can be loaded from either direction.

Medium-weight and larger vehicles can also be loaded from both directions by swapping the arms from front to back. This gives workshops and home users more flexibility when positioning vehicles on the lift.

The Large Base Plate is exactly what the name suggests—a seriously big base plate designed specifically for HAPP hoists. Each kit includes two base plates.

If you're concerned about whether your concrete slab can adequately support a hoist, this accessory could be the solution. Measuring an impressive 800mm x 800mm x 16mm, each plate increases the hoist's footprint by almost four times. As a result, the load spreads across a much larger area, helping to reduce stress on the concrete.

HAPP45P 4.5T 2 Post Direct drive Electric – Hydraulic Lift

This hoist is designed, tested  and verified to Australian standards at 4T SWL by Queensland professional RPEQ engineers. The verified design is registered with WH&S for workshop use.

Other features are:

  • Robot welded Asynchronous Gen 2 Arms, Column and Carriage

  • 2 limit switches, one for over height as most clear floor lifts and a second inside the column to halt hydraulics before cylinder reaches full length avoiding over pressure scenarios extending cylinder seal life.
  • Direct drive cylinders – less moving parts, better for those welding and grinding under vehicle
  • CNC controlled laser, milling and water jet cutting machined parts
