This hoist is designed, tested  and verified to Australian standards at 4T SWL by Queensland professional RPEQ engineers. The verified design is registered with WH&S for workshop use.

• Robot welded Asynchronous Gen 2 Arms, Column and Carriage
• Robot folded Column
• 2 limit switches, one for over height as most clear floor lifts and a second inside the column to halt hydraulics before cylinder reaches full length avoiding over pressure scenarios extending cylinder seal life.
• Direct drive cylinders – less moving parts, better for those welding and grinding under vehicle
• CNC controlled laser, milling and water jet cutting machined parts
• Ready for use in businesses, Workplace Health and safety registration kit available
• Release both column safeties from single point
• Control cables, hoses routed overhead
• Over height protection with limit switch on top cross bar
• Cylinder over pressure protection with limit switch inside column
• Carriages move synchronously, Dual Hydraulic cylinder drive, stable lifting and lowering
• Structurally tested in Queensland on computer simulation with 125% of rated capacity and static test with 150% of rated capacity by HAPP to Australian Standards
• Australian and New Zealand Standards AS/NZS designed, tested and certified
• 5mm thick columns, 16 mm thick base plate, 20mm Tru-bolt design anchor bolts
• HAPP two stage Screw up drop in pad design give best of drop in  using spacers and screw up pad design
• Australian Standards tested arm locks, 2” + 4” spacers standard
• Double insulated wiring  with 4amp fuse and plugs for all limit switch wiring exceeding Australian Standards requirements
• M20 160mm Tru-bolt anchor bolts standard
• The 45Pi uses ISO 32 grade hydraulic oil in its direct drive cylinders.
• Industrial 15amp plug on 1m lead standard
