Hoist HAPP95 2 Post Clear floor / no overhead beam / adjustable-width Hoist, 1.75m Lift – Limited $140 off!

Original price was: $4,090.00.Current price is: $3,950.00.

The HAPP95 is unlike anything else on the market. It is ideal for home garages and small home workshops, while still offering many of the features found in our full-size lifts.

This 2 post clear floor hoist uses low columns, with no floor plate and no overhead beam. Instead, the HAPP95 operates hydraulically with 5m hoses running from the pump to each column. When the hoist is not in use, you can disconnect the hose. Plus, if you use drop-in anchors, you can move the columns into storage when needed.

The HAPP95 now comes with the latest HAPP Generation 2 arms and carriage design. This gives you greater flexibility and helps you achieve the best possible arm setup for your vehicle. It includes four 3-piece arms with a wide movement range from 580mm to 1140mm. As a result, the arms can reach shorter than most standard arms and longer than our previous longest arm. Combined with the ability to position the columns where you want them, the HAPP95 lets you set up your hoist to suit your space, vehicle, and workshop layout.

(They can go shorter than most arms and longer that our previous longest arm giving you the ultimate in flexibility which combined with the ability to locate columns at any position enables you to set up your hoist exactly where you want it to be.)

Pickup can be done from Hendra Warehouse in Brisbane QLD, or freighted nationally, at an additional cost.

HAPP95 SPECS – SWL: 3 Tonne, Drive Through Width: upto 3.1m, Column Height: 2.4m, Column Width: upto 3.4m, Safety Release: Dual, Lift: 1.75-1.95m.

B1E Base Plates, 800x800x15mm in grey

Large Base Floor Plates Set

GST INCLUSIVE AND INCLUDING THE BOLTS REQUIRED PLUS POSTAGE

The Large Base Plate is exactly what the name suggests—a seriously big base plate designed specifically for HAPP hoists. Each kit includes two base plates.

If you're concerned about whether your concrete slab can adequately support a hoist, this accessory could be the solution. Measuring an impressive 800mm x 800mm x 16mm, each plate increases the hoist's footprint by almost four times. As a result, the load spreads across a much larger area, helping to reduce stress on the concrete.

Key benefits:

  • Designed exclusively for HAPP hoists
  • Increases the hoist contact area by nearly 4x
  • Helps distribute loads more evenly
  • Ideal for installations with thinner concrete slabs
  • Supplied as a pair

Compact Column Height

The HAPP95 columns stand 2.4m high. However, if you need a smaller version, the HAPP90 offers 2m high columns.

Flexible Column Spacing

You control the distance between your columns. Therefore, this hoist is a great option if you do not have a “normal” sized car or if your ceiling height creates restrictions.

Engineered Safety Features

The automatic safety latch locks every 100mm during the lift. Australian professional engineers have checked this safety system for reliable performance.

In addition, the lift does not extend the cylinders beyond the top of the columns as it raises. As a result, the column height remains the maximum height the lift will ever reach.

Australian professional registered engineers have also checked the carriage and arm designs.

Unique HAPP Australia Design

HAPP Australia has designed this hoist with a unique worldwide layout. Therefore, you should avoid cheap imitations. This compact hoist still includes many of the full-size features found in larger HAPP hoists.

Warranty Information

This hoist includes a five-year structural warranty and a 12-month manufacturer parts warranty. For full details, please visit happ.com.au/warranty.

Oil Container Options

HAPP hoists come standard with steel oil containers. However, plastic containers can also be provided if preferred.

The Happ95 takes ISO 68 oil and 10 litres (not supplied)

Ratchet Safety Latches

All HAPP hoists have ratchet safety latches in the columns, users only work with vehicles when the mechanical safety latches are engaged allowing safe work at any lift height. HAPP 95 lifting is controlled via a special flow control valve block.

In addition, the HAPP95 controls lifting through a special flow control valve block, which helps deliver smooth and controlled operation.

Free Low Profile Ramps

FREE low profile ramps come with all our 2 post car hoists.

Important: EVERY HAPP car lift design is tested in Queensland by Australian Professional engineers against Australian Standards using state of the art technology!!!! The multi coloured pictures on our lift specs are snippets from the engineers report that PROVES that we are doing this. We are the leaders in quality, if you do not see this drawing on your product, it is NOT tested to Australian Standards.

  • We are an Australian owned and operated company with a focus on the best possible quality for reasonable prices.
  • We sell mainly by recommendation. To do this we  have personal and professional customer service;  we work with every customer to make sure they are happy with the products they purchase.
  • Imported products are typically assembled overseas to keep the costs down. We  have a Qualified Mechanical engineer working for us in China and other engineering inspection companies engaged that inspect our products and partner companies’ quality processes. Inspections typically take place early in production including internal components which are reworked if not up to standard. Critical components are focused on to ensure key products are made correctly.
  • We also use the best possible materials in our products. Our clear floor hoists have stainless steel hydraulic lines and our four post hoists have 12+mm solid steel cables tested in Australian NATA registered laboratories. Our synchronisation cables are solid steel and safety latches are billet steel.
  • We apply the best designs from our business registered hoists into our home use hoists.  For example, all arms on the two post hoists have the 4T updates, and carriages have the bracing update specified by Australian Engineers for our business hoists.
  • We offer an ever increasing range of workshop items allowing customers to source extra items at low cost, many of these items are half the cost of other suppliers – just ask us to email you our catalogue.
  • This hoist is erected in Willow Vale for you to view before placing an order.
