The HAPP 45P provides a huge 4.5T lift capacity with a high 3.729 height to the safety bar which can be extended with 300 or 600mm extensions.

Hydraulic ram rod pushes on top of carriage with cylinder casing on bottom.  If you are welding underneath vehicles this lift will minimise chance of weld splatter hitting damaging the cylinder rods. If you dont have this use and want to protect against moisture ingress look at HAPP 45Pi.

The arms are the latest Generation 2 design, arms and carriage use higher grade steel for extra load rating.  Good for workshops and project / race car users who will use the lift frequently and have a wide variety of vehicles to lift including 4WDs with uneven load distribution.

You can load small / light vehicles from either direction, medium weight and larger vehicles can be loaded from both directions by swapping arms from front to back.

The large base plate is exactly that… A big base plate for HAPP hoists. 2 will be sent each time.

If you are concerned about the ability of your concrete to support a Happ hoist this accessory may be the answer. The plate measures a whopping 700 x 700mm extending the contact area of the hoist by almost 4 times spreading the load over this large area.

HAPP45P 4.5T 2 Post Direct drive Electric – Hydraulic Lift

This hoist is designed, tested  and verified to Australian standards at 4T SWL by Queensland professional RPEQ engineers. The verified design is registered with WH&S for workshop use.

Other features are:

  • Robot welded Asynchronous Gen 2 Arms, Column and Carriage
  • Robot folded Column
  • 2 limit switches, one for over height as most clear floor lifts and a second inside the column to halt hydraulics before cylinder reaches full length avoiding over pressure scenarios extending cylinder seal life.
  • Direct drive cylinders – less moving parts, better for those welding and grinding under vehicle
  • CNC controlled laser, milling and water jet cutting machined parts
  • Ready for use in businesses, Workplace Health and safety registration kit available
  • Release both column safeties from single point
