Built to Australian Standards in Queensland for Australian conditions. Manufactured primarily by robotic systems in one of the world’s most advanced factories and registered with Workplace Health and Safety.

With its low 2.726 m column height, the HAPP35P is the ideal solution for workshops with limited ceiling height while still providing excellent lifting performance.

The HAPP35P two-post floor plate hoist features a hydraulic lifting system and is perfect for home enthusiasts who want maximum lifting capability without the ceiling height required for our taller HAPP floor plate models (which typically have 2.84 m columns). Our GEN 2 lifting arms provide excellent support for a wide range of vehicle sizes, including vehicles that are difficult to lift with conventional hoists.

The HAPP35P comes standard with a two-point manual safety release system. If you prefer a single-point release, the HAPP70P is also available.

For even lower ceiling heights, consider the HAPP95 with 2.4 m columns or the HAPP90 with 2.0 m columns.

The HAPP35P shares the same proven design as the HAPP30P but features columns that are 100 mm shorter (2.726 m compared with 2.84 m). This reduces the maximum lifting height from 1900 mm to 1800 mm. It also has a slightly narrower overall width, making it a popular choice for customers with tighter workshop spaces.

The Large Base Plate is exactly what the name suggests—a seriously big base plate designed specifically for HAPP hoists. Each kit includes two base plates.

If you're concerned about whether your concrete slab can adequately support a hoist, this accessory could be the solution. Measuring an impressive 800mm x 800mm x 16mm, each plate increases the hoist's footprint by almost four times. As a result, the load spreads across a much larger area, helping to reduce stress on the concrete.

HAPP35P 4T 2 Post Floor Plate Hoist, 2.726m column, 1820mm lift

This hoist is designed, tested  and verified to Australian standards at 4T SWL by Queensland professional engineers. The verified design is registered with WH&S for workshop use.

Features include:

  • Over pressure limit switch inside the column to eliminate high pressure on seals
  • Removable carriage nylon blocks without removing column provides easy maintenance
  • Fully Australian Standard wiring (double insulation of limit switch wires, 4 amp fusible link on limit switch wires, industrial plug on 1m fly lead for power)
  • Screw in drop in pads with 70mm and 100mm adaptors
  • The latest Generation 2 arms and carriage designs
  • All structurally designed and analysed using the latest computer design capabilities and robot manufacturing
  • 160mmx20mm Tru bolts for maximum locking to concrete out of mechanical anchors (chemical fasteners are better if you have access to an experienced operator)

The screw in pad allows for ease of adjustment and the drop in style allows you to add in spacers to reach those unusual contact points. It is also a multi levelled screw in pad, giving you more height if required.  We have also included 70mm and 100mm adaptors at no extra charge.
