This hoist is designed, tested  and verified to Australian standards at 4T SWL by Queensland professional engineers. The verified design is registered with WH&S for workshop use.

Other features for this lift are:

• The lift uses direct drive cylinders (no chains) which reduces the number of moving parts. As the cylinder seals are on the bottom the seals are more resistant to moisture, this is not an issue typically but if you wash a car down or spray water on the lift, this is a better choice for you than our other hoists.
• The HAPP 45Pi provides a huge 4.5T lift capacity with a high 3.729m height to the safety bar, making it easier to lift tall vehicles with standard one piece columns.
• Australian Standards Tested and Certified in Queensland by RPEQ engineers
• Robot welded Asynchronous Gen 2 Arms, Column and Carriage
• 2 limit switches, one for over height as most clear floor lifts and a second inside the column to halt hydraulics before cylinder reaches full length avoiding over pressure scenarios extending cylinder seal life.
